Meet & Plan

The first stage is to talk through the project and discuss ideas. I will take the time to understand what you are hoping to achieve for your family home.

Detailed Plans

Scaled plans and elevations will be drawn up to include built-in joinery and bathroom designs. Any planning permissions required will be applied for at this stage.

Preliminary Plans

Next, I’ll provide you with my preliminary ideas with sketch design plans to scale. The positions of furniture and fitted cupboards will be detailed on the plans.

Specifications & Budget

Detailed specification of finishes for walls, flooring, window treatments, curtains and blinds will be developed. At this stage, adjustments can be made to budget if required.

Mood Boards & Finishes

Mood boards will be created showing colours, fabric, furniture, lighting and finishes so that you’ll be able to get a good feel for the end result.

Build & Complete

I will source and appoint carefully selected contractors to carry out the work. I’ll oversee the project from start to finish to ensure a happy customer on completion.
